Buckey Husker said… - Ya know John...I don't understand coaches these days...to me you have the ball 4th and 3 yards...I understand you could give them a short field..from their 40yard line...but why not run a play...go for the first..if you make it game over..if you don't so they get the ball back and they only advantage they have is the same advantage as one 15 yard pass....I for one would go for it..run the ball...if you do this you use the clock and have the chance to get a first down...if you punt you have only one chance..and that is to hope you can stop them...well..you have to do the same thing if you don't make the first down...you still have to stop them and they needed more than a field goal....Sorry but I for one go for the first down...I have seen it too many times..punt the ball and the odds are 50-50 you stop them....why not make them stop you? Oh Well maybe this is a wake up call for the coaching staff!!!!!!!

Was always a Packer fan. fucked up switching to the vikes but favre is the only player who plays the game with heart.
