Who's giving academic guidance to these recruits? The whole NCAA eligbility process is complicated as it is, which is why we have academic compliance specialists on the athletic department staff. But it seems like they keep getting bad advice and end up ineligible.
Tom Shatel has a point in his column. How long can we expect Doc to bust his tail for recruits when we can't seem to even get them enrolled without screwing up their eligibility? If I were Doc, I'd be in Tom's office asking for some help.
