OK...just found it on my ESPN Insider:

Jeff Lockridge of The Tennessean offers the most comprehensive wish list of candidates that he has been able to cobble together from various sources and hearsay.

The top targets apparently are Temple's Al Golden, Air Force's Troy Calhoun, Auburn offensive coordinator Gus Malzahn, Virginia Tech defensive coordinator Bud Foster and Stanford associate head coach Greg Roman, who interviewed on Friday. Former Clemson coach Tommy Bowden is further down the list, and a source also told Lockridge recently that former Miami coach Randy Shannon is also being considered.

Other names to have surfaced: Wisconsin OC Paul Chryst and DC Dave Doeren, Tulsa's Todd Graham and Michigan State OC Don Treadwell.

Here are two other interesting names to file away, courtesy ESPN The Magazine's Bruce Feldman: Nebraska OC Shawn Watson, who Feldman hears will interview on Sunday, and Maryland OC James Franklin, whose hire would save the Terps $1 million.

As we told you on Saturday, vice chancellor for athletics David Williams expects to conduct two rounds of interviews, so it should be more than a week before a decision is made.

I don't think that Watson would have a chance to get the job vs. many in this group.

Worst coaching job in the SEC by far.
I don't think he'd have a chance either, but I wouldn't be sad if he left.
If David Williams needs a recommendation for Shawn Watson tell him to contact me. I'll be more than happy to help Coach Watson get the Vanderbilt job.
GO Watson. Do us all a favor and get yourself another job
"Yess Someboyd Please..hire Watson...He has no Idea how to Run an Offense,,,WTF...Please Quit...
God I hope they give him the job so maybe we have a chance at becoming a realistic top 10 team. I wonder who we would get if watson does leave.
How about Mark Whipple from Miami-FL?

Another Ivy Leaguer....has a Super Bowl ring and a 1AA National Championship ring.
I hope he gets the job and the Huskers get a new offensive coordinator.
Watson reportedly doesn’t make cut

LINCOLN — Nebraska offensive coordinator Shawn Watson has reportedly interviewed for the head coaching position at Vanderbilt, but he may not be a finalist for the job.

According to the Washington Post, Vanderbilt is down to two candidates, Maryland offensive coordinator James Franklin and Stanford assistant head coach Greg Roman.

Watson, 51, has been the offensive coordinator at Nebraska for the last four seasons, but he has expressed interest in pursuing a head coaching job.

He was one of about a dozen candidates contacted by Vanderbilt for its open position. Robbie Caldwell resigned as the Commodores’ coach last month.
